Terms of service

1. Custom Orders

All screen printing orders are made to customer specifications. Once artwork is approved and production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

2. Artwork and Proofs

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, high-resolution artwork. Black Rose Printing is not liable for quality issues related to low-resolution or improperly formatted files. If we assist with design, final approval lies with the customer. Production will not begin until we receive written approval of the digital proof.

3. Color Matching

We do our best to match colors as closely as possible. However, exact color matching is not guaranteed due to differences in materials, inks, and monitors. For exact matches, Pantone color codes must be provided in advance, and additional charges may apply.

4. Misprints and Production Over/Underruns

Screen printing is a manual process. We allow for a 5% over/underrun margin on all orders. You will be charged for the actual quantity shipped. In the rare event of misprints, we may reprint or refund at our discretion.

5. Customer-Supplied Garments

If you provide your own garments, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for misprints, damage, or loss of customer-supplied apparel during the production process.

6. Turnaround Times

Turnaround time begins only after final artwork approval and payment are received. Estimated production time is 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use all designs, logos, or images provided. Black Rose Printing assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement on customer-submitted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Black Rose Printing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or delay. Liability is limited strictly to the cost of the order in question.

9. Returns & Claims

Due to the custom nature of screen printing, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect based on the approved proof. Any claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. 

10. Acceptance

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
