Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
